  We carried out the legal due diligence connected with MBN's intention to enter Poland. We are currently supporting the client in setting up a Polish company, preparing the corporate arrangements and the documentation needed for a smooth start.

  Challenges

  Growing the clinic and introducing new, advanced medical procedures called for a coherent legal framework. The key tasks were to put cooperation with the medical staff in order, prepare the documentation for the new services, and provide formal and organisational support for opening the hospital.

  How we helped

  We provide Zięba Estetic with ongoing legal support. We prepare and update the contracts with its doctors, support the roll-out of new procedures, and handle the legal side of preparing and opening a hospital intended for, among other things, hair transplants and breast augmentation. We bring the contractual, regulatory and organisational threads together so that the clinic's growing offer meets both its business needs and the requirements specific to medical practice.

  Outcomes

  Zięba Estetic is developing new areas of practice on the basis of well-ordered documentation and ongoing legal support. The firm accompanies the clinic at every stage of the process – from cooperation with its doctors, through the roll-out of procedures, to bringing new medical facilities into use.

  Work in infertility treatment calls not only for specialist medical knowledge but also for procedures and their legal aspects to be set out precisely. A key part of the engagement was to settle, comprehensively, the questions surrounding in vitro procedures.

  We provide Zięba Clinic with ongoing legal support, assisting the centre with the day-to-day matters of its medical practice. As part of that work we put in order and settled the legal questions around in vitro treatment. Our aim was to arrive at practical solutions that match how the clinic actually works and support its team day to day.

  The legal questions around in vitro procedures have been settled, and the clinic has ongoing support from the firm on further organisational and legal matters. That lets it focus on medical practice with a partner who understands the sector at its side.
